Lisa Elford brings extensive global experience as a researcher, evaluator, and strategic advisor for non-profits across Canada, Australia, and South Africa. With 20 years experience in the non profit and academic sectors, she has worked on program development and implementation, evaluation, partnerships, strategic planning, and large scale research coordination and data collection. She leads in the development and the facilitation of creative methodologies (such as journey mapping), knowledge mobilization tactics (such as dashboards, presentations, social media, and community engagement), skills building (such as peer research training, community data skills development), and academic research partnerships.
