We collaborated with the Arusha Centre to enhance internal coordination and communication processes, with the aim of identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions.

Outcomes | Results

We met the intended objectives of the project in collaboration with the Arusha Centre. A 2-month work plan, with set check-in dates, was co-developed by the Arusha Centre staff collective, enhancing internal dynamics.

The Arusha Centre employed Habitus Consulting in 2023 to support our board and staff in collectively working through identified human resources, policies, procedures, and documentation that needed to be updated to improve our organization. We benefited from the fact that Habitus staff have a deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector and a desire to ensure action.
