We work with leadership and staff to identify clear actions with KPIs to track impact and change.

Work with Organizational Strategy and Supporting Transformational Change
We ensure that EDIA and anti-racism work is connected to and embedded in the organizational strategy. Further, we support organizations during the change/transition process of adapting to EDIA frameworks.

Mobilize Knowledge
Communicate knowledge and findings back to the organization and train staff for continued sustainability of EDIA frameworks.
