Conducting an assessment helps us understand an organization’s capacity across priority areas. Using data collection tools such as surveys or facilitated sessions, we collaboratively work to identify critical activities to help organizations reach their strategic goals.

Planning for Strategic action Implementation
To prepare for analyzing trends, planning for change, and measuring viability, we start with an organizational model and map program activities against an organization’s intended impact. We then use insights to advance the organizational model.
